The Academy Trust employs an Executive Leader who has renumeration falling between £80,000 and £90,000 per annum. There are no staff members within the Trust who are salaried above this level and consequently no Trust employee is salaried over the £100,000 threshold. As the trust employs fewer than 250 employees there is no requirement to publish data on the gender pay gap.
